Navigating the Cart
To purchase items on our site, use the drop down menu to select the size and product that you want. Select “ADD TO CART” and continue shopping or go to your cart to check out. Your shopping cart is located on the right side of the top bar of the website. To pay with a credit card, click "CHECKOUT" or to pay with PayPal, click the “Check out with PayPal” button.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Pay Pal.
Checkout Process
After checking your payment method, you will be prompted to enter your name and shipping address. At this point, you have the option to save your information by creating an account to allow you to track your order and save time purchasing in the future.
Next, click on “Continue to shipping method.” The Shipping method will default to standard ground shipping. Due to the restrictions involved with shipping perfumes, our options are limited to surface only shipping via USPS or UPS. Please see our Shipping Policy for additional information and exceptions.
Next, click on “Continue to payment method.” Select and enter your credit card or PayPal information and add your billing address if it is different from your shipping address.
Before completing your order, you have the option to subscribe to our Fan Club Newsletter which will give you access to future discounts, new products and other announcements.
When ready, click “Complete order.” You will receive a confirmation email at the address you entered in the billing information section. Please email us at hello@12scents.com if you do not receive your confirmation within 12 hours.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax for all sales within the State of Washington. Under state law, tax rates are calculated based on where the customer receives the merchandise – the “destination” of the sale. State and municipal tax rates frequently change. Our website is automatically updated with the current rates and they will be reflected on the checkout page. Goods sold and delivered to customers outside of Washington are currently exempt from sales tax.
